我們收到並確認訂單後，會立即處理，一般會於翌日寄出（星期日及公眾假期除外，會順延至下一個工作天寄出），訂單寄出後，客人會收到電郵通知發貨信息及追蹤號碼。

Order will be processed once the payment is made and confirmed. Your order will usually be shipped out the next day excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. We will send you an email with a tracking number after your order has been shipped.

[ 順豐速運 ]

可以上門派送。可是派送至香港住宅或偏遠地區會有上門派送附加費，附加費將會由順豐派遞員於派貨時收取（現金付款），客人需自行承擔有關附加費用。
結帳時客人可填寫住宅地址 / 公司地址 / 順豐站地址，一般工商地址可以豁免上門派送附加費。

澳門地區可上門派送至住宅地址或公司地址，均無附加費用。

[ SF Express ]

Yes, orders can be delivered to door. However, additional charge will be incurred if you request SF Express to deliver your shipment to Hong Kong residential address or remote area. The additional charge will be collected by the delivery staff on delivery (in cash). You are responsible for paying the additional charge(s) incurred.
You can write any residential / commercial / SF Store address at checkout. In general, additional charge applies only to residential address or remote areas.

All shipments within Macao can be delivered to door. No additional charge will be incurred.

網上下單並收到訂單確認電郵後，可立即到門市自取，請於門市營業時間內自取。

選擇門市自取的客人在結帳付款時可於地址一欄填寫本店門市地址：
旺角彌敦道608號總統商業大廈3樓304號舖

You can write our address at checkout if you choose to pick up your order in store:

除非郵寄收到的產品有損壞、品質有問題或寄貨出錯，否則我們不接受退換。
